New Italian edition of 'Primavera oscura' by Unica Zürn, published by Scaldasole Books in Milan as part of the “scrittura e immagine” (Writing and Image) series, which features works by authors who have practised forms of visual expression other than writing. The series explores the relationship between text and image. Rather than treating the latter as mere illustration, it highlights the artistic autonomy of both elements within the materiality of the book.

In this edition of Dunkler Frühling, this is achieved by including a selection of Zürn's drawings in the form of loose postcards inside the book.
